	11-21-08: Looks like WCWN DT 45 in Albany is adding a channel. This TV is scheduled to appear on 45-2 sometime this month or early next month. The channel is a joint venture between MGM and Weigel Broadcasting. Programming will tap into MGM extensive library of movies and TV shows.
